Realme, a popular smartphone brand in India, is making waves by teaming up with Qualcomm and Google. At a recent event called “The Dark Horse of AI,” they revealed their bold plans for artificial intelligence (AI) and introduced the GT 7 Pro, a smartphone that promises to shake things up with its powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Notably, the GT 7 Pro will be the first phone in India to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. While the exact launch date hasn’t been confirmed yet, the phone is set to hit the market in India and China next month.
At the event, Realme also revealed that the GT 7 Pro is powered by India’s first Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This chip is designed to deliver impressive performance along with cutting-edge AI features. Chris Patrick, Senior Vice President of Qualcomm, expressed his excitement, stating, “Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, GT 7 Pro is poised to become an AI powerhouse!”
But the GT 7 Pro isn’t just about raw power. It also features Realme’s new UI 6.0 interface, which aims to create a smooth and dynamic user experience. This smartphone is positioned as an AI performance flagship, focusing on three main areas: AI Efficiency, AI Imaging, and AI Gaming. With these features, Realme wants to blend creativity and technology, making it easier for users to interact with their devices.
One of the standout features of the GT 7 Pro is its “AI Sketch to Image” capability. This cool tool can transform simple sketches into detailed images, making it perfect for artists and creators who want to bring their ideas to life. The phone also includes “AI Motion Deblur” technology, which helps ensure clear images, even when you’re capturing fast-moving subjects. Gamers will enjoy the “AI Game Super Resolution” feature, which boosts in-game visuals to 1.5K resolution, creating a more immersive experience in popular games like PUBG and Genshin Impact.
Realme is also launching the NEXT AI Lab, which will focus on creating innovative AI tools to assist users in their creative pursuits. The lab aims to inspire younger generations to share their imaginative ideas on this advanced platform. With the tagline “Inspire, Imagine, Innovate,” Realme is dedicated to pushing the limits of what AI can do, integrating it into everyday life.
Additionally, Realme’s collaboration with Google will leverage advanced cloud-based AI resources, the company announced. Felix Zhao, Head of Google Cloud Customer Engineers, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “We’re proud to be Realme’s partner on their AI journey and look forward to many more innovations.” This partnership promises to deliver an impressive cloud-based AI experience.
